To those saying about errors. Try contacting the developers on their email under developers contact. They do respond. App is wonderful. Kept my first and i sane when having to go on looong drives when she was 1. Now, my son enjoys it. Its very educational and fun. My daughter knows so many nursery rhymes and enjoys counting along. Its still has the odd glitch where the song will freeze or video goes black. But so much better after the last update.
I dont know whats going on i keep getting an error 403. My kids love it and now i cant download the new songs on any devices. Whats the fix? Ive had this app for about 3 years and this year it just crashed. I can only watch the old songs i had downloaded which was 100+ and we love those.
Was great for years but now I've changed phones and it won't let me download the videos. Keeps saying Server Error:403.
It doesn't allowed me to download songs says error 403 and I paid full price
I loved this app until I had to do a hard reset on my tablet. I re-downloaded the app and now I can't download any of the songs. It keeps saying Error 403. There's no way to contact them to ask a question. I will change my rating if somebody contacts me to help me fix it.
Even I enjoy most of the songs, not like most kids' music, and i wish i could add them to a playlist we could dance to so the phone screen doesn't have to be on all the time.
since update it wont work
App crashed when I tried play the first song. I bought this app because my children love Dave and Ava on YouTube. I downloaded "If you're happy and you know it" and every time I tried to play the song the app would crash.
I loved this app. However I have more then 1 devices. I paid once already and downloaded into my android tablet already. And now I have a new ipad air for my son. How do I go about downloading this add with out paying again??? Because everytime I try to download it keep on asking me to pay again. I need help...?
3 kids all have loved this Update: I've had to download the app again after a device factory reset and it's asking me to pay for the app again. How do I fix this?
